Absolutely amazing subs, atrocious customer service. asked for delivery, then called back to change for pickup and the woman wasn't happy and hung up on me. When i arrived, i was supposed to get 10% off for takeout like it says on the menu, but they refused saying the bill was already printed as delivery on an $70+ bill. i ended up paying it as the food was for 4 other people. very disappointed.

Nice atmosphere, wonderful food and excellent service. All a a very reasonable price.

I like to go there to eat an Italian style dish. Inexpensive and just generous enough on the portions. Televisions to watch sports. Nice place for small groups. The service is, in my opinion, always pleasant. The world is chattering and in a good mood. The service is fast too. Even for delivery. The meals are still hot.

The staff are friendly and their prices competitive. If you haven't tasted their submarine sauce, you're missing out on a must. Through my friends and acquaintances, the Villa submarine sauce is loved many times.

I have been living in Longueuil for 30 years and the villa is no longer what it was, my submarine was very thin. Value for money its money lost for me.for the rest I can not say my submarine was their strength.

Jadorais this restaurant but for some time there are ALWAYS errors in my orders on delivery the madam is more than lost! And the boss must always stay with him to have the right to have our stuff replaced he also does not make refunds I am very disappointed because we are regular customers but for them it does not change anything he feels crazy I do not believe remember anymore Unfortunately..

Took submarines for takeout and they were very good. Nothing to complain so far yet :)

The submarines are delicious ... the homemade sauce is exquisite ... warm atmosphere ... affordable price, family place and very well located!

The girl on the phone does not know how to take orders she says her phone has problems. She gave me a bad order I asked steak cheese I was given peperroni soaked in oil. My bread was all wet (quenching), oil with almost black fries. We would say the oil chips we were not change his make 1 week with 2 mini sauce pot for 2 underwater with 2 fries. I am very disappointed . I did not even eat it, I threw it away. Its my listen 25 $ 0/5

I loved this restaurant before, but this is the second time I ordered a chicken pita and I have to run to the bathroom. It is much too fat, the fat is in the bottom of the aluminum and imbibe in the bread and sinks thereafter ... pity it's all the same good.

First time we call and it's going to be the last one too..not to eat black salad..hair in the rice..pizza grace under sailor gives heartache just to watch it..it we forget the fries..the girl who responds telphone includes nothing .. just not dallure ... $ 50 in the trash and it is certain that I do not remember the !!!

I've known this place since the 1980's. It's a quintessentially old school Italian diner with fairly priced and well executed Italian dishes. Try the subs as they're a jewel of the greasy spoon diner era with house dressing and oregano. I occasionally cross the bridge just to have one.

They have real good hoagies.

Service was excellent -.- but for an empty restaurant at 23h59 I've never waited so long for a fish and chip before shouldn't be this long even if they went fishing per order lol

I order twice a week at this restaurant. Always had excellent service over the phone. This week, however, the delivery man came to carry my order. I paid by card so I had to use the delivery man's machine. The machine does not ask me to tip (I always tip usually). When my back was turned, the delivery man said I was a cheap. It's been over a year since I ordered there, it's the same delivery boy from the start. ALWAYS GIVEN A TIP TO EVERY DELIVERY. Such a ridiculous reaction is a lack of knowing how to live in my opinion. The next day, he comes back saying that I did not pay for my order yesterday and insults me. On his machine coupon the transaction says approved but he insists. So I look at my bank statement and the transaction went well. Really ridiculous.

Service was good and the food excellent I will definitely go back.
